At Galaxy360 Superstore, we aim to provide reliable and timely delivery of all orders. Please read our shipping policy carefully.


1️⃣ General

  • All products are fulfilled through our trusted suppliers located in China, the UAE, KSA, or other international warehouses.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the supplier, shipping method, and destination country.

2️⃣ Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery

USA 🇺🇸 & UK 🇬🇧 Standard Shipping / Carrier (paid via card) 7–15 business days
Rest of the World Standard Shipping / Carrier 10–20 business days (if applicable)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, supplier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3️⃣ Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (online payment) or order verification (COD).
  • COD orders will be confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp before dispatch.
  • You will receive a tracking number (if available) once your order has been shipped.

4️⃣ Shipping Fees

  • UAE & KSA (COD Orders): Flat shipping rate or free shipping over a minimum order value (e.g., $50).
  • USA & UK: Shipping fees are calculated based on the supplier’s rates or product weight.
  • Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

5️⃣ Tracking Your Order

  • Tracking details will be provided via email or WhatsApp when the order is shipped.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6️⃣ Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or delayed, please contact our support team:

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for UAE & KSA COD orders, or 7 days for USA/UK orders.
  • We may request photos or videos as proof of damage or defect.

  • International orders may be subject to customs clearance and import duties.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections.

8️⃣ COD Specific Notes (UAE & KSA)

  • Orders are only dispatched after confirmation via phone or WhatsApp.
  • COD is available only for the UAE & KSA.
  • Delivery times: 5–10 business days, depending on location.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package and make the payment in cash.
